Did you miss our live review of May’s Patch Tuesday updates? No problem.
In this webinar, we discuss the latest vulnerabilities identified in the last Patch Tuesday roundup. As we discuss in our May 2020 Patch Tuesday Breakdown blog, Microsoft rolled out security fixes for a total of 111 vulnerabilities, 16 of which are rated critical. Adobe released two updates this month, both of which are critically rated and address arbitrary code execution vulnerabilities. Mozilla has also released a handful of patches this month, three of which are rated critical.
We review and discuss these updates and more in our latest Patch Tuesday webinar. As a bonus, we also demo an Automox Worklet that defers reboot on macOS devices. Check it out!
IMPORTANT NOTE: If applicable, CVE-2020-1048 should be patched now as the vulnerability has been weaponized and now widely available. If exploited, it will install a persistent backdoor that will not remediate even after a patch. For more information, see our community post.
